1st/ 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer

My client are an established IT Support and Services company who are based in Portsmouth and provide support to 100’s of clients across the south. They offer support services across a range of products and services including the Cloud.
Your general day to day duties will include:
– Providing 1st line technical support, responding to support queries of existing customers
– To maintain a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues.
– To take ownership of support issues and seek closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.
– Escalation of more complex calls to the relevant support team member and assist.
-Installation configuration and deployment of new and existing hardware, software and products in line with defined procedures.
The client are ideally looking for you to come from an MSP or IT Services background and have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft products.
