2nd Line Support Engineer – Camberley – £35,000 to £40,000 DOE – Permanent

We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support engineer to deal with valued customers in a fast-paced environment within a company that values its employees and offers a good benefits package including private healthcare after 12months and substantial advancement opportunities.

Required Skills:

* Prior experience in a relevant IT help desk role.
* Experience with Technical Pre-sales
* Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, preferably within a VMWare ESXi or HyperV environment.
* Supporting VoIP services.
* Support and troubleshooting Office 365.
* Troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2016.
* Understanding of how Microsoft Exchange operates.

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

* Knowledge of Office 365 Migration.
* Experience with SD WAN.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure.
* Previous experience within telecoms of tech businesses would be beneficial.
