Administrator (Entry Level) – Perm – Edinburgh
My client, a multinational company, is looking to employ driven administrators in different admin-based teams within their business including sales, customer service, general administration, and HR.
The Administrator will be subject to a lot of career progression as my client has a vast number of internal vacancies that it likes to employ from within for meaning that this will offer a long-term prospect for any applicants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to one of my client’s customers within one of several teams and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
You will also be liaising with the end client as and when necessary to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a quick and effective manner.
The role will also consist of basic administrative duties and training will be provided.
* Suitable candidates will have some work experience though the field of which is not relevant to the position.
* They successful candidate will also have exceptional organisation skills, ability to multitask and prioritise workload based on business requirements.
* Candidates must have the ability to quickly understand and utilise information.
* Ability to respond to a high volume of queries, ensuring a high attention to detail and accuracy.
It is imperative that the successful candidate is a proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, specifically including Outlook, Word, and Excel to a good level.
* Salary £19,500
* 23 Days Holiday
* 9-5:30 Hours
