Contract Administration Officer – Bedfordshire – £13.18 per hour (PAYE)

An automotive engineering market leader, based in Bedfordshire, is seeking to employ an Administration Officer on a rolling 3 month PAYE contract basis

Working within an R&D engineering environment, the successful Administration Officer will be responsible for supporting the executive office to prepare monthly reports, ensure deadlines are met and documentation submitted. Other responsibilities include the management and governance of company yearly travel budget, co-ordinating R&D’s monthly travel requirements, preparing of forward re-forecast on budget spend, general administration and co-ordination of offsite conference events and support in material preparation.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have excellent organisational skills and possess the ability to prioritise and thrive within an often pressurised and fast paced environment. previous administrative experience is also essential. Competency with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel is also essential.

This opportunity is based in Bedfordshire and is commutable from Cranfield, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Northampton, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Welwyn Garden City and other areas within the Bedfordshire and South East regions.
