CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR – PORTSMOUTH – PERMANENT – COMPETITIVE SALARY
A global Engineering company are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator on a permanent basis to be based at their site in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The Coordinator will be required to answer, identify and prioritise incoming requests. Provide service quotations to customers based upon the job requirements. As well as invoicing customers as per initial quotation, based on service outcome. The coordinator will also schedule and arrange service requirements and ensure availability of appropriate resources.
The ideal candidate will have experience of office procedures and advanced administration skills, with a strong customer service background. You will have previously worked within a fast-paced environment and cope well under pressure. It would be highly desirable for candidates to have come from industry backgrounds such as Marine Electronics or Shipping as well as fluent in Spanish.
