Head of Sales (Cyber Security / Infrastructure / Telecoms Industry) – London or Dorset – Salary DOE + Bonus + Benefits

We are looking for a Head of Sales or a leading global cyber security, managed services, and network infrastructure. This role can be based out of their London Office or Dorset office, with regular UK and International travel.

This person will be focused on the professionalisation of the Sales function, bringing about change and transformation to deliver top line revenue and EBITDA growth for the company.

This person will be responsible for strategy setting, planning and delivery; Sales team professionalisation; and will introduce a data-driven management information and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
· Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
· Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
· Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
· Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
· Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
· Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
· Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
· Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
· Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
· Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences.
· Networking with directors / Heads of Business to generate new business for the company.
· Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.

Essential background/Skills:
· Proven experience in the Cyber industry, meeting, or exceeding targets
· Have a clear track record of delivering change programmes
· Functional expert with a wide range of sales experience.
· Be able to hit the ground running, quickly build rapport and gain buy in from stakeholders
· Have the ability to deliver change and transformation projects quickly and efficiently
· Proven experience leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while developing, mentoring and inspiring team members
· The ability to work calmly under pressure

This is a management role and will require UK and International travel.
