IT Support Technician

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – HAMPSHIRE (SOUTH COAST) – FULL-TIME – PERMANENT – UP TO £22,000

Stream Resourcing are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Technician for a position based on the south coast in Hampshire.

We are looking for someone with some experience of working in a 1st Line Support or IT technician capacity. You will need to hold a computer or similar qualification to degree level or equivalent. You will also have experience of configuration, installation and general PC hardware and software repair or maintenance. You will also need to have experience of working with Windows 10, 2012 / 2016 workstation and server operating systems. Also you will have experience of Microsoft Office 365 admin and delivery.

Our client is a leading manufacturer based on the South Coast with offices across the globe. You will be joining a small team responsible to ensure that helpdesk requests and tickets that come from internal users are actioned and recorded appropriately. You will be working to Service Level Agreements for such requests and will need to deal with requests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. For PC’s outside of the UK, you will dial in to provide assistance as needed.

As this role is for someone with some experience, the salary on offer is up to £22,000 per annum. On top of this is a range of benefits that include a bonus scheme, pension, healthcare, life assurance and more. There is also the opportunity to work with some flexibility with your working hours and this can be discussed at interview stage. Working days are Monday to Friday and typically working office hours.
