Stream Resourcing are working with the world’s largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defense, space and security systems, and service provider of aftermarket support.
We are currently recruiting for a contract ITEA Systems Engineering Team Lead to join at the Fleet site, there will be some travel between Fleet, RAF Waddington and Bristol. This is a 10 month contract which has been deemed inside of IR35, the rate to the umbrella company is £65/hr.
The role will be responsible for leading the technical planning, execution and management of all acceptance and test activities against the System requirements to support the delivery of the overall programme within time and budget.
The role requires the successful candidate to work in and manage multidisciplinary teams and to build and maintain relationships with the stakeholder and customer community. The candidate will also need to work closely and often in collaboration with various programme, customer, user and operator stakeholders in order to ensure development and delivery of successful test events on the target installed system.
This role requires a candidate with experience and knowledge of delivering military training systems, synthetic training technologies and operational mission training scenario development as well as experience of managing a complex test and acceptance programme to challenging timescales.
