PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR – 3 MONTH FTC – POOLE
A leading manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Purchase Administrator on a 3 Month fixed term contract to be based out of their site in Poole.
As the Purchase Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain function assisting in data migration. You will manage the due and overdue purchase orders and maintain delivery dates accordingly.
The Purchase Administrator will carryout handovers and communicate progress on outstanding queries and tasks with the relevant purchasing personnel. You will also coordinate and arrange inbound logistics from suppliers/sub-contractors as required.
To be considered for this role you will have understanding of SAP and have great organisation skills.
