Customer Service & Sales Coordinator – Bishopstoke – Part Time

A World leader in cable manufacturing , energy solutions, telecom cables and systems is looking for a permanent part time Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for there site in Bishopstoke.

The key purpose of the role is to provide both a consistently high level of customer service and contribute to the commercial viability of the team.

You will be required to generate quotations for customers , coordination of customer orders ensuring they are executed in a timely and cost -effective manner and in line with commercial procedures maintaining accountability fro order input to billing.
Dealing with complaints and queries , purchase orders, checking orders are on time and and to agreed schedule.
Liaise with internal departments within the business to ensure orders are delivered on time and in the most efficient and costly way..
Build and maintain customer relations by acting as their internal contact on all aspects of enquiries, queries and orders.
You will also be required to attend off-site customer meetings as required.

To be suitable for the role you will be A level standard or equivalent with grades A to C in a relevant business subject. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential along with SAP as an advantage. A strong ability to demonstrate a passion for customer service excellence. Attention to detail is essential and flexibility to adapt to a changing working environment.
