Senior System Analyst (Voice of Customer Technologies) – London – Up to £65k + 20% bonus + benefits

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with experience with Voice of Customer technologies to join a leading global organisation at their London office.

They are going through an exciting, large scale digital transformation programme and as a part of this need talented individuals to join the Group Voice of Customer (VOC) programme.

This team are driving the development of compelling, cloud-based, SaaS customer feedback solutions to help move their Voice of the Customer capabilities forward. Their aim is to a single platform for all their customer feedback needs and to deliver efficient and effective solution to manage customer feedback and reporting across all of their journeys and touchpoints.

This role is responsible for the technical progress with the VOC programme development, testing and infrastructure. This person will be working with various international teams to deliver a new unified VOC system and to decommission existing ones.

Essential Background/Skills:
· Strong background for implementing Voice of Customer programmes from a technical perspective
· Experience of developing and testing with Qualtrics of an equivalent SaaS-based Voice of Customer technologies
· Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to agile SaaS delivery
· Blend of deep technical understanding coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders around the world to deliver the new integrated platform to all source markets
