Service Administrator


We are recruiting on behalf of one of our Engineering clients, who are looking for a experienced administrator to join their team at their offices in Fareham on a 6 months temporary contract.

The position will involve responsibilities such as creating purchase orders in line with ISO9001 standards, maintaining files and engineers activity databases. Alongside ensuring timesheets and expenses are processed and quality checking overtime records. The role will also include booking accommodation and travel as well as additional “ad-hoc” duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of office procedures and advanced administration skills ideally within a Payroll environment. It would be highly desirable for candidates to have worked within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment before, with prior experience using a SAP system.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate, working on a temporary 6 months contract on a Monday to Friday basis.
