Technical Lead / Technical Account Manager – Central London – Up to £50k + benefits

We are currently looking for a Technical Lead / Technical Account Manager to join a highly innovative B2B SaaS mobile technology company based in Fitzrovia in Central London.

This organisation are leaders in providing white labelled personal safety and guard management solutions to the security industry. They provide security companies with complete end-to-end, cloud and app-based security platform using a technology solution based on their own-developed software and designs. They currently operate in 20 countries in 14 different languages.

This person will liaise with clients on a day to day basis supporting their technical requirements, communicating with the development team and supporting the sales guys and account manages with technical support

This person needs a good understanding of SaaS technology however does not need to have developer experience – someone who can interact well is most important.

Essential background skills:
– Technical understanding of Software / SaaS technology
– Client facing skills
– Experience in a similar role as a technical lead or technical account manager
– Strong communication skills
– Strong technical support skills
