Technical Manager

Stream Resourcing are working with an industry leading business specialising in undersea transmission systems, communication and networking systems. The client have worldwide reach with commercial presence in France, UK, US, China, Australia and Norway. This role is based in the UK at their Greenwich office. Currently the work will be remote and post COVID there will be a mix of onsite and remote working. There will also be occasional international travel required.

A Technical Manager is required to join within the Information Systems department, working alongside two current contractors to contribute to the development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and business support as the clint bring Industry 4.0 into the business.

The successful candidate will have strong PLM / PDM experience, working the full lifecycle from architecture to release, and will have the following experience;

Experience Functional:

PDMLINK/ Lifecycle & Release Process/Options & Variants/ MPMLINK/Partlink/SuMa/CREO Products/ ERP Interface

Experience Technical:

Windchill-ThingWorx System Admin, System Monitoring/System Installation and Backups/ Cluster Environment Setups/ Vault Configuration/ File Server configurations/ Rehosting and Cloning servers/Queue Management/ Audit and Security Management.

Experience Developer:

Awareness of Windchill API’S/Database model/Data migration/ Custom report generation using Query Builder/ Scripts.

Experience using SQL or MySQL or other programming languages are also preferable.
