Test Analyst – Andover – £38,000 plus benefits

One of long-standing clients – based in Andover and operating across the UK – are looking for a Test Analyst to join their head office team in Andover.

Due to expansion we’re looking for an experienced tester with confidence in both manual and automated testing to join an established team, working to track and prioritise defects within Jira and update relevant frameworks.
You’ll be working to create, execute and maintain scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, eclipse with Java as your main programming language. Communication will be a key part of the role – working with colleagues and other teams to identify and fix relevant bugs.


* Preparing and writing test cases based on requirement
* Create, execute and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, eclipse and java language
* Communicating with the development team, product owner and business analyst to resolve testing issues.
* Verification of defects and fixes
* Building excellent working relationships with B.A’s, Developers and the rest of the Test Team to ensure the highest possible quality

We’re looking for

* Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Certificate, British Computer Society (BCS) Certified or similar
* Previous experience in a testing role,
* Good experience with both manual and automated testing
* Strong Java skills
* Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Selenium
* Agile experience a benefit
